We are delighted to offer free standard shipping for most orders within Canada. For expedited or express shipping options, additional charges may apply, which will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.

3. Tracking Information:
Upon shipment, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. This enables you to monitor the progress of your order and anticipate its arrival.

4. Shipping Locations:
Currently, we ship our products within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. Prime Orders:
For Prime orders, we provide free expedited shipping, ensuring swift delivery of your products.

6. Shipping Carrier:
We partner with reputable shipping carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, and UPS to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders.

Return Policy:

However, we understand that sometimes situations may arise where you may need to return a product. Our Return Policy is designed to make the process as smooth and hassle-free as possible. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

2. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team, who will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns without a valid RAN will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping:
For returns, customers are responsible for shipping the product back to our company warehouse using a shipping company of their choice, except for Prime Products, which is shipped and handled directly by Amazon under FBA program, where Amazon will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

4. Restocking Fees:
In some cases, there may be a restocking fee of up to 20% for cancelled orders or returns. This fee is applicable to cover the cost of inspecting, repackaging and restocking returned items.

5. Refund Process:
Upon receipt of the returned product at our warehouse and thorough inspection, we will process your refund. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your original payment method.

6. Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence, and we will promptly replace the item at no additional cost. If the product is damaged while installation, or if it is damaged while shipping it back to us, we will not be responsible for it and there will be no refund issued. So it is highly recommended to insure the package while shipping it back to us.
